BidSync currently offers two different pricing models:
AGENCY FREE
Free to agencies
Suppliers: Billed 1% of the bid award amount.
With this pricing model agencies can use the BidSync system absolutely free. Bid Sync will collect a 1% awarding fee, paid by the winning supplier(s), on awarded bids only.
Suppliers will not be charged a registration fee, account setup fee, a per-bid fee, or an annual fee. The only time a supplier pays money is when they make money.
AGENCY LEASE
Free to suppliers
Agencies: Pay a yearly lease amount or a per-transaction fee based on the number of bids/quotes/proposals released on the BidSync system on an annual basis. With this pricing model suppliers will not be charged any fee whatsoever to register and use the BidSync system.
As a Software as a Service (SaaS), agencies and suppliers will only need a computer with Internet access to use the BidSync System.
