Sponsored Bids: Those Agencies/Organizations including States, Counties, Cities, Colleges, Universities, and School Districts that have chosen to sponsor their bids are clearly marked with an  Icon (Agency List) that shows that there is no associated fee to access or respond to the bid. Suppliers will not be required to pay BidSync any fees whatsoever for sponsored bids.
Transaction Fee: The bids, quotes, proposals, and reverse auctions that are not sponsored will be supported by a 1% transaction fee paid only by the supplier who receives an award (a 2% fee is charged on a small number of designated bids). Bids that are supported by a transaction fee will have the fee defined in the terms and conditions of the bid. This fee will apply whether bid documents are obtained through this network or directly from the Agency.
Yearly Subscription Fee Bids: Certain Agencies/organizations including States, Counties, Cities, Colleges, Universities and School Districts have adopted a yearly subscription pricing model to access their bids. In order to access these bids, a supplier will be required to pay an annual fee per regional area.
