Bid Sync currently offers two different pricing models:
BUSINESS FREE
Free to businesses
Suppliers: Billed 1% of the bid award amount.
With this pricing model businesses can use the BidSync system absolutely free. Bid Sync will collect a 1% awarding fee, paid by the winning supplier(s), on awarded bids only.
Suppliers will not be charged a registration fee, account setup fee, a per-bid fee, or an annual fee. The only time a supplier pays money is when they make money.
BUSINESS LEASE
Free to suppliers
Businesses: Pay a yearly lease amount or a per-transaction fee based on the number of bids/quotes/proposals released on the Bid Sync system on an annual basis. With this pricing model suppliers will not be charged any fee whatsoever to register and use the Bid Sync system.
As a Software as a Service (SaaS), businesses and suppliers will only need a computer with Internet access to use the BidSync System.
