BidSync takes our customers' privacy seriously. This policy reflects
the type of information we collect about you and what methods are used
within BidSync to protect that information, and how it is used with
regard to our system.
At BidSync, we intend to give you as much control as possible over your
personal information, including the Registration Data. We further intend

ANONYMOUS ACCESS
You can access our web site home page and browse our site without disclosing
your personal data. Statistical information such as your IP address and

BidSync maintains two disctinct user bases: Suppliers and Government Agencies.
nContact information about suppliers is available to Government Agencies for the
purpose of increasing bid participation. Government agencies may also
provide BidSync with information regarding suppliers they want invited to
participate in bids. BidSync does not sell or disclose any other personal
information, including email addresses, to our subsidiaries or any other
private entity, except when required by law.
All suppliers and agencies within BidSync's system are verified and activated
individually. Anonymous, un-verified registrations are not allowed. This
helps ensure the legitimacy of the interactions between agencies and
suppliers. Please report any suspected violations to privacy@bidsync.com
immediately.
CONFIDENTIALITY and SECURITY
We give you the option of using a secure transmission method to send us the
following types of personal data:
* primary personal data (such as name and contact details)
* identifiers (such as web site password, etc.)
We have implemented security policies, rules and technical measures to protect
the personal data that we have under our control from:
* unauthorized access
* improper use or disclosure
* unauthorized modification
* unlawful destruction or accidental loss
