Sabrina Stover

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Sabrina graduated magna cum laude from Otterbein College in Ohio, with a B.A. degree in Accounting. With more than 20 years of financial and business management experience, Ms. Stover has held numerous C-level positions for software companies. Her leadership and experience support an experienced and professional team.

Fred Tillman

VICE PRESIDENT OF RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

Fred received a Bachelor of Computer Science from Oklahoma State and an MBA from Texas Christian University. His extensive experience includes developing and deploying global commercial software products and services for a diverse spectrum of industries. His guidance is reflected in product definition and strategy, system design, development and upgrades, installation and documentation.

Jon Moody

VICE PRESIDENT OF PROCUREMENT SALES

Jon graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington, with a B.A. degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (Business/Mathematics). Mr. Moody recently joined BidSync from Microsoft where he managed the Southeast Sales District. Mr. Moody has over 18 years of sales / sales management experience with various large and small companies selling ERP and eProcurement solutions.

Bray Brockbank

VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING

Bray brings to BidSync nearly 20 years of experience in technology marketing, product management, sales, and business development, as well as an in-depth knowledge of cloud or SaaS-based technology solutions. Most recently, Brockbank led the cloud marketing efforts for Microsoft in the U.S. Brockbank has led innovative and successful marketing efforts for small, mid-size, and large enterprises and has been broadly published on marketing technologies. Brockbank holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from UVU.

Tom Warr

CONTROLLER

Tom is a seasoned corporate accounting professional with over eleven years of experience. He started his professional career in Japan, where he lived and worked for over four years. He acted previously as the corporate controller of Silex Technology America, and has held other senior finance positions within Boston Scientific and Northrop Grumman. Tom excels at financial planning and analysis, systems implementation, and financial reporting. Tom is a certified management accountant (CMA) and in production and inventory management (CPIM). Tom has a MBA from Arizona State University and a BA in Japanese linguistics from Brigham Young University.
