RFP/Proposal Writer

BidSync, a leader in eProcurement software and services, is seeking a full-time Proposal Writer for its corporate office in American Fork, UT. This position will report to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for finding bid opportunities, developing and preparing proposals that respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), creating and managing a proposal response database and managing sales, marketing and technical support materials.
The proposal writer will work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer support departments. They should be able to develop good working relationships with people across the organization, while working under pressure. They must be a self starter, and work autonomously while managing strict deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

-Finding RFP opportunities
-Responding to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, etc.
-Ensuring compliance with proposals instructions
-Tracking proposals and performance databases
-Creating and maintaining a proposal database
-Writing marketing materials, sales collateral, technical user guides, etc.
-Developing sales presentations
-Gathering critical competitive information
Requirements for this position include:
-At minimum, 3-5 years of experience in a proposal or technical writing in a professional business environment (experience in a software company is a plus)
-Experience responding to requests for proposals from government agencies
-Bachelors degree in business, communication, or marketing

Software Test Engineer

As a Software Test Engineer you will become an integral member of an agile software development team helping to ensure the quality of our web and internet software products.  More specifically you will ensure that use cases and requirements are testable, formulate test plans, develop automated and manual test scripts, suggest enhancements to the product, perform configuration management, and participate in release decisions.

Required Experience

- Minimum of two years software testing experience; preferably with a software company
- Black box and white box testing of SaaS internet applications
- Experience writing test plans and creating manual & automated test scripts
- Ability to indentify, classify, and perform limited troubleshooting of software defects
