| Bid Comments | The general scope of the Project is as follows: The Work consists of removal of the existing ballasted built up membrane roof and the installation of a new SBS modified bituminous roof on the existing Court Building, located at 1835 Spring Street, Shreveport, Louisiana.
Complete Bid Documents may be obtained from: LeBlanc & Young Architects, Inc. 705 Texas Street Shreveport, LA 71101 Deposits on documents shall be as follows: Complete Bidding Documents may be obtained upon making a deposit of $50 for each set of documents. Deposit is fully refundable, on up to two (2) sets of Contract Documents, to all bidders upon return of the documents, in good condition, not later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids. Anyone not bidding, must return documents seven (7) days prior to the bid date in order to receive a full deposit. Deposit for all other sets of documents will be refunded, less the cost of reproduction ($25.00) upon return of documents as stated above. Documents may be examined, without charge, upon request. All Bids must be accompanied by Bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the base Bid and all alternates and must be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or Bid Bond written in conformance with state law. |
