| Description | Utah County is accepting proposals for Construction Management / General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the construction of the Utah County Convention Center. The project is being designed by MHTN Architects of Salt Lake City, UT and Populous of Kansas City, MO.
This CM/GC project includes preconstruction services, bidding, and construction services for an approximately 120,000 square foot, multi-story convention facility. The Fixed Limit of Construction Cost (“FLCC") for the project is $36,828,716.00. Proposers shall be general contractors licensed in the State of Utah, shall have demonstrated expertise in successfully providing preconstruction and construction services within the CM/GC context, shall have demonstrated expertise constructing comparable facilities, and shall have the financial capacity to provide the required bonds.
