UNION BUILDING -MAIN DESK AND SECURITY GATE REMODEL University Project Number 20201 Construction Budget: $141,600.00 Bids will be in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by The University of Utah Facilities Management and BLALOCK AND PARTNERS, LLC, 250 E. 100 S. SALT LAKE CITY, UT 84111. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE DIRECTED TO: KURT MCGREW 801-532-4940; kmcgrew@blalockandpartners.com There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on Monday, February 8, 2010 02:00 PM at the Union Main Lobby. The Union is located at 200 Central Campus Dr., Salt Lake City, UT (Building #53). A map to this location & parking lots may be found at www.map.utah.edu. Bids will be received until Thursday, February 18, 2010 02:00 PM at which time they will be opened and read aloud in the University of Utah Purchasing Department, 1901 East South Campus Drive, Room 151 (Annex Building), Salt Lake City, Utah 84112-9351. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to The University of Utah, must be procured and submitted to the University of Utah within 24 hours after the bid due time. The bid bond may be scanned and submitted with the online bid via wwwbidsync.com at the time of the bid.
