| Description |
Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete parking lot improvement, including installation of a vault restroom, ADA parking and ADA walkway, curbs, entrance enhancement, gates and bluff overlook/view point at Pigeon Light Station SHP in San Mateo County, California, complete and in accordance with the contract documents. DVBE participation goals are required. California Certified Small Businesses and DVBE's are strongly encouraged to respond. |
