| Description | Contractor agrees to provide all personnel, labor, tools, equipment, materials, permits and licenses necessary to provide GATE AND DOOR MAINTENANCE at the following CHP locations: INDIO, SAN GORGONIO PASS, BLYTHE.
LICENSE REQUIREMENT:C-10 ,C-13, C-28, OR C-61 - D-28. A mandatory walk through will be held starting at BLYTHE AREA OFFICE on Jan 6, 2010 at 12:00 pm, then at the INDIO AREA OFFICE on Jan 7, at 10:00 am following at SAN GORGONIO PASS on Jan 7, 2010 at 1:00 pm. This is a multi-location contract, Bidders must attend ALL walk throughs and bid on ALL locations. Effective July 28, 2009, Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) Good Faith Effort (GFE) was removed from state contracts. All bidders for state contracts must meet the minimum Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation requirement of 3% of the awarded contract to a DVBE contractor or supplier. The bid package can be downloaded at this site ONLY, Bidders are to bring a copy of this bid package to the walk through. BIDDERS MUST REGISTER WITH BidSync TO RECEIVE ADDENDUMS THAT MAY BE ISSUED. BID AWARD NOTIFICATION: Bid award notice for this IFB will be posted at: eprocure.dgs.ca.gov (State Announcements and Awards) within 5 working days of the bid opening date.
