| Description | The general scope of the Project is as follows: Construct a 1,560 sq. ft. pre-engineered park pavilion on a concrete foundation and containing Men's and Women's restrooms/shower with exterior walls being burnished face CMU blocks. Civil site work includes limited tree removal, minimal site grading, extension of electrical service to nearby transformer, and new septic treatment system serving building.
