This solicitation is for a contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment to provide environmental consulting services, specifically to review and update the Great Salt Lake
Comprehensive Management Plan and the Great Salt Lake Mineral Leasing Plan. All performance must be in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein.
Potential offerors must also familiarize themselves with attached RFP document to ensure an understanding of all requirements for submitting a proposal. Failure to do so will not be grounds for the state to accept a late or modified proposal after the closing date/time.
Cost information must be itemized and entered in Attachment D - Cost Proposal Form. The grand total from that form must be entered in the Item section of Bidsync.
All questions regarding this solicitation must be asked in writing in BidSync. Questions asked in any other format will not be answered. Answers to questions will be provided in BidSync.
