The City of San José Department of Planning, Building & Code Enforcement (“PBCE") is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified Historic Consultants to create a list of pre-approved consultants to provide historic survey consulting services to PBCE on an “as-needed" basis to complete historic context statements and/or comprehensive historic and architectural evaluations of structures within study areas designated by PBCE.
