Vendors submitting a hard copy acknowledge that Collin County will NOT be held responsible for data entry errors committed in the course of entering the hard copy submittal online at BidSync.com. Collin County reserves the right to award bid in whole or by line item. If vendor is quoting an alternate item, vendor MUST include manufacturer name and part number, and upload supporting documentation to BidSync.com.
